Electrical safety inspections
An inspection is worth doing before you acquire a building, after you acquire one more than about thirty years old, following any significant electrical event, and before a major tenant improvement. You get a written condition report identifying code deficiencies, safety concerns and remaining service life on major components — enough to underwrite a decision with.

How much does an electrical inspection cost?
