Who we are
A contractor that shows up, and finishes.
EVO was founded in 2013 by people who had spent decades in the trade and were tired of watching the same problems repeat: crews that no-show, scopes that grow after the contract is signed, and lighting work done by electricians who had never read a photometric plan.
We built the company around the parts of the job most contractors treat as overhead — planning the outage before opening the panel, checking panel capacity before rough-in, filing the rebate before installation. That work is unglamorous and it is the difference between a project that lands on schedule and one that does not.
Today we run commercial and industrial electrical construction, service and maintenance out of Parker, Colorado, and deliver coordinated multi-site programs nationwide.

We measure before we recommend. Every savings projection we put in front of you is built from your actual operating hours and your actual utility rate structure — not industry averages — and every assumption is documented so you can check it.
One sequencing note that costs commercial clients more rebate money than anything else: nearly every utility program requires pre-approval before installation. Install first and the incentive is gone. We file first.

The unglamorous parts, done properly
We plan the outage first
Written switching sequences before we open a panel, and off-hours scheduling as the default rather than a premium exception. Your tenants and your production line keep running.
We check capacity early
Discovering in week six that the service cannot carry the new load is an expensive surprise, and it is entirely avoidable. We verify before rough-in.
We file rebates before installing
Pre-approval is a hard requirement in nearly every utility program. Missing it forfeits the incentive outright, and it is the single most common way efficiency money gets left on the table.
We tell you when not to spend
Patching a fourth breaker in an obsolete panel defers a replacement you are making anyway. We would rather give you that assessment than bill for the patch.

We are headquartered in Parker, Colorado and serve the full Denver metro area — Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, Boulder and surrounding communities. For multi-site clients we deliver coordinated programs in more than 14 states.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. EVO holds Colorado electrical contractor licensing and carries general liability and workers compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance naming your entity as additional insured are available on request.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, 24/7 for commercial clients. Call (720) 603-8665 and describe the situation — we triage over the phone and dispatch based on safety risk and how much of the building is affected.
Do you work on residential projects?
Yes, though our focus is commercial and industrial. On the residential side we concentrate on custom homes, significant renovations, service upgrades and EV charging rather than small service calls.
You say you specialise in lighting and controls. What does that mean in practice?
It means we design the control strategy rather than installing whatever the fixture rep specified, we commission systems properly instead of energising them and leaving factory defaults, and we check DLC Qualified Products List status against your utility program before ordering. Most electrical contractors treat controls as a device to be wired. We treat it as the part of the project that determines whether the savings appear.
How do you price work?
Fixed price for defined scope, time and materials for diagnostic and unknown-scope work. We tell you which applies before we start, and we do not use bait pricing.
