Electrical Repair & Troubleshooting
Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair, with 24/7 emergency response for commercial clients.
Troubleshooting is a diagnostic discipline, not a parts-swapping exercise. The difference between an electrician who finds the fault in an hour and one who spends a day replacing components is method — and on commercial service calls that difference is most of the invoice.
What we troubleshoot
- Intermittent power loss and circuits that drop under load
- Repeated breaker trips and nuisance GFCI tripping
- Flickering, dimming and voltage fluctuation
- Failed or failing panels, breakers and disconnects
- Burned terminations, overheating and hot spots
- Faulty switches, receptacles and device wiring
- Damaged underground and exterior circuits
- Code violations flagged during inspection or sale
Emergency response
We maintain 24/7 emergency availability for commercial clients. When a building loses power or a fault presents a safety hazard, the first priority is making the situation safe and restoring service to critical loads — permanent repair follows once the building is stable.
Repair versus replace
We will tell you when a repair is not worth doing. Patching a fourth failed breaker in an obsolete panel is money spent to defer a replacement you are going to make anyway, and we would rather give you that assessment honestly than bill for the patch.
Common questions
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, 24/7 for commercial clients. Call (720) 603-8665 and describe the situation — we will triage over the phone and dispatch based on the safety risk and how much of the building is affected.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
A breaker trips because it is doing its job. Common causes are genuine circuit overload, a short between conductors, a ground fault, or a breaker that has degraded and now trips below its rating. Determining which requires measurement, not guessing — and repeatedly resetting a tripping breaker is not safe.
