Working around your tenants
Occupied commercial buildings do not tolerate daytime shutdowns. We schedule outages nights and weekends, sequence the work so critical circuits stay energized, and give property managers a written switching plan before we open a single panel.
For multi-tenant buildings we coordinate notice directly with tenants when you want us to, so your management team is not fielding calls about a planned outage they did not schedule.
Code compliance and inspection
Colorado jurisdictions vary in how they enforce the National Electrical Code, and a permit that sails through in Douglas County can stall in Denver. We pull permits in the jurisdictions we work in regularly, know which inspectors want what documented, and handle correction notices ourselves rather than passing them back to you.
Common questions
Do you work on occupied buildings?
Yes. The majority of our commercial work is in occupied space. We plan outages for off-hours, provide a written switching sequence in advance, and keep critical loads energized wherever the existing distribution allows it.
Are you licensed and insured in Colorado?
Yes. EVO holds Colorado electrical contractor licensing and carries general liability and workers compensation coverage. We provide certificates of insurance naming your entity as additional insured on request.
Can you handle multiple locations at once?
